Mergelicious Pizzeria is a 2D top-down game that immerses players in a delightful world of pizza assembly and business management. Players must combine ingredients to create unique and mouthwatering pizzas that will attract eager customers.

This project was a in-company game jam, where our goal was to experiment with different styles and areas of expertise. My role was 2D artist and helped me learn how to better develop characters and scenarios for games. I used mainly Clip Studio Paint to create the art, while also using their 3D system for environment reference. That allowed me to have a better structure for the scene and better understanding of perspective and space distribution. For the characters we focused on having friendly looking characters also taking in consideration diversity and our time limitation.
We worked on this game for a little over a month from concept to creation and prototyping.
